It is important that you check with your local Planning Office for requirements and restrictions regarding any required permissions for your proposed shed construction. You may need other information, in addition to the plan set, for getting permissions in some areas and on some listed properties.
Modernshedplans.co.uk assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the plans. The purchaser & constructor must verify all construction notes, dimensions and suggested materials are suitable for their purpose prior to the start of construction and be responsible for the same. All plans are designed to meet specifications and average weather conditions in the United Kingdom only.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser of the plans to have the plans inspected before & during construction by an experienced qualified person to ensure all work is done in a correct manner with correct materials and conform to all local regulations and weather conditions. The purchaser of the plans assumes all of the above responsibilities and agrees to hold the seller harmless for any and all injuries, claims and liabilities that may result from the construction of these plans.
Our plans are sold for a one off construction use only.
