The purchaser & constructor must verify all construction notes, dimensions and suggested materials are suitable for their purpose prior to the start of construction and be responsible for the same. All plans are designed to meet specifications and average weather conditions in the United Kingdom only.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser of the plans to have the plans inspected before & during construction by an experienced qualified person to ensure all work is done in a correct manner with correct materials and conform to all local regulations and weather conditions.
